About Nexster

Adoption with control, not automation theatre.

A Malaysian practice for practical, governed AI adoption — train the people, qualify the workflow, decide with evidence.

Principles

Three rules we do not bend.

They decide what we recommend, what we refuse, and when the honest answer is to stop.

PRINCIPLE 01

Evidence first

Recommendations trace to documents and execution records. Fluent output is not evidence.

PRINCIPLE 02

Humans own consequences

AI prepares; workflows execute; people approve anything consequential.

PRINCIPLE 03

Runtime-neutral

We recommend patterns, not platforms. Governance survives every migration.

Entry points

Three ways to start.

Training, a decision session, or a direct diagnostic — nothing forces a sequence.

TRAIN

Courses

Hands-on agentic AI courses for HR, procurement and business teams — practice workflows on simulated data. See the courses.

REVIEW

Sponsor Review

A 60-minute decision session that scores one workflow with your budget owner. How it works.

DIAGNOSE

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we actually receive.

What does Nexster Consulting do?

A Malaysian training and workflow-readiness practice: hands-on agentic AI courses, a 60-minute Sponsor Review decision session, and the AI Workflow QuickScan — a fixed-scope diagnostic on one real workflow that produces six written deliverables and one recommendation.

Who are the courses for?

HR, procurement, finance-operations and business teams — beginner to intermediate. No programming experience is needed for the beginner tracks.

Do the courses use real company data?

No. Every lab uses simulated data only. Participants build practice workflows in class; nothing is deployed to a production system.

Can we work with Nexster without buying training first?

Yes. The AI Workflow QuickScan is a standalone paid diagnostic, and the Sponsor Review decision session is available on its own. A training purchase is not required.

What is the AI Workflow QuickScan?

A fixed-scope diagnostic on ONE real workflow. You receive six written deliverables and one recommendation — train, iterate internally, or proceed. No software is built. Delivery timing is agreed at kick-off once inputs are ready and capacity is confirmed.

Where are sessions held, and in what languages?

In-house sessions at your site or online. Sessions run in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

Does Nexster promise specific results?

No. An honest recommendation can be "not yet" or "stop". Nexster does not promise specific ROI, savings or HRD Corp claimability, and no content on this site is legal or compliance advice. Scope and fees are confirmed in writing per engagement.
